Vistadome train: Southern Railway has announced that a Vistadome train—featuring a glass roof—will now operate on the route from Madurai to Guruvayur, replacing the standard express train currently in service. This will allow passengers to enjoy the natural beauty of the Western Ghats throughout their journey. The train is designed with large glass windows on the sides, as well as a glass roof.
